When you schedule your first session, you’ll be emailed an appointment confirmation with a link for new client paperwork. During your first session with your therapist you’ll focus on getting to know each other, discuss your concerns, and identify your goals. This helps create the best overall plan for your needs and scheduling future sessions. Whether in-person or online, your therapist will provide a warm, welcoming, calming space that will make you feel comfortable to begin working immediately on your therapy goals. No time is ever wasted. You are valued and you matter.
